How satisfied are you with this response? Hi, Thanks for posting to our Microsoft community. In reply to J7010 post on March 19, If your computer is compatible you can upgrade to win 10 and install available drivers in compatibility mode.
Did this solve your problem? Click the Compatibility tab. Is this all there is except for buying a new computer?

Sorry this didn’t help. I have the same question If a program or driver written for an earlier version of Windows doesn’t run properly in current Windows, then you could try using compatibility mode on the program to hopefully bluuetooth it to run properly.
How satisfied are you with this reply? I’ve been told to update my software for the headphones, which they don’t have. But now it’s been several months and I have the bluetooth on my laptop Dell Inspiron Nbut every time I update it removes it and I have to place it back on.
It’s really frustrating that I was told this would be a great upgrade and you will love it from Windows, when so far, I’ve have found nothing about it that I love and wished I never upgraded to it because it’s lost it’s function for what I want it for.
